What’s your return policy?
We encourage all our buyers to do a pre-shipment inspection of the cargo and get themselves satisfied. Once the cargo is dispatched from the port, it will not be possible to take it back.
Do you supply on FOR delivered till factory basis?
Yes, we’ll arrange transport and will deliver the cargo to your doorsteps. For the freight rates please get in touch with your sales manager.
